Authentication between onsite & offsite BLOX's uses 1024 bit public/private keys.

Data travelling over the internet between onsite & offsite BLOX's, uses 128 bit SSL encryption.

Building Blox IT support staff access customer BLOX's remotely via a secure support VPN. The support VPN has to be initiated by the customer, thus eliminating unauthorised access to customer data by Building Blox IT.
