Installation

The BLOX(s) will be installed onsite by a Building Blox IT engineer, who will also install the relevant backup software and provide customer training in its use.

After the fileBLOX is installed and has been loaded with client data, the drBLOX or drmultiBLOX will have to be synchronised onsite with the fileBLOX, prior to physical installation in the offsite location.

After a dualBLOX pair is installed and have both been loaded with client data, they will have to be synchronised onsite together.
